I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. The rooms, although a bit dated and facing internal patios which made them dark, were surprisingly spacious with high vaulted ceilings, providing a king bed, desk, table and chairs, and a full kitchen. The location was excellent, with easy access to various attractions and amenities in downtown Victoria. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with restrictions in the restaurant and a noisy atmosphere in the pub. Overall, there were positives and negatives to consider during my stay.
The hotel offers great rooms for groups of 4+2, excellent service, and is situated above a fantastic brewpub with delicious food. Rooms overlooking the street provide a lively atmosphere, while those facing the communal patio offer tranquility, though accessed via a long flight of stairs.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were perfect for my family of 4 with two bedrooms, a living room area, and a kitchenette. Everything was clean and tidy. Having two baths was a definite plus. The service was very attentive and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. The hotel's location in the heart of Old town was amazing, allowing us to easily explore the downtown district and walk to all the major sites. The dining experience was a bit loud but passable. Overall, a great value for money.

The dining experience was fantastic at the hotel restaurant. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable stay.
